How long does an abaya take to make?
Most pieces are made to order within 3–7 working days depending on the house; the expected date is shown on the order page.
How do I track my order?
Open the order from "My orders" to see each production and shipping step, and the tracking number once shipped.
Can I change or cancel my order?
You can cancel for free before production starts. After that you can request a change or cancellation for the house to review; a cancellation fee may apply.
