How do I sign in?
Enter your phone number or email and type the verification code we send you. You can also sign in with Google or Apple.
How do I track or return an order?
Go to Account → My orders for each order's status and details. From the order page you can request a return or open a dispute where it is available for your order.
I am a seller. When is my store activated?
Our team reviews your store details and documents and then activates the account; you will get notifications as the status changes. For questions about documents or payouts, write to us with your store name.
How do I delete my account or data?
In the app: Account → Terms & privacy → Delete my account (buyers), or Account → Delete account in Tala Vendor. Or see the Delete account page to request deletion by email.
I did not receive the verification code
Wait a minute and resend it, and check the number or email is right. If it still fails, write to us with your number (or email) and device type.
